This is a single unit, casement sash reproduction with clear insulated LowE Type 5/8" O.D. glass as requested. Sandstone Clad Exterior; Butt Joint; Unfinished Interior, all painting / staining by customer. Current Production Times 25-35 working days for production time. PLEASE CHECK ALL DETAILS PRIOR TO PLACING THIS ORDER. By placing this order, you hereby agree to all terms and conditions as outlined. Includes The Shipping / Packing and Crating Charges as discussed to the nearest LTL Freight Terminal nearest your zip code for customer will call and pick up at the terminal. Customer will be notified upon arrival and must be picked up within 7 days so as not to accrue and storage charges at the terminal. 

Information Provided by Customer: The sash frame Outside Measurement is:  22 1/2" x  38 1/2" and 1 7/16" thick. NOTE: Inside glass measurements may vary due to the 5/8" OD Glass and No boot as discussed.

SHIPPING and LTL Freight Crating Requirements and all additional LTL freight / crating classification and freight charges are included. However, the normal site shipping and handling charges are calculated upon checkout, and these are not factored into the normal added LTL Charges as discussed. Shipping via carrier freight is made to the nearest freight terminal to customer zip code for a normal weekday "will call" and pick up at the freight terminal.
