Special Order Parts / Replacements and Return Parts / Re-Stocking

Curt: I think it goes without saying this whole thing was way more involved than either of us expected, and to be frank I don’t want to spend any more time trying to figure all this out.

Remember the parts should have been charged out at regular special order parts prices --- NOT MY COST OF GOODS. Can’t operate a business without profits. My "objective" from the beginning was to work with you to "solve" a problem and that's why I hooked you up directly with Marc at my distribution venter etc.
