Wood Window Grilles | Replacement Grills - Add appeal to your windows. Whether it be an air space grille (GBG), wood removable grille, or a permanently applied grille (SDL), any number of designs can be made. Air space grilles are 5/8” wide and come in a variety of standard colors to match the exterior cladding. Our wood removable grille is 1” wide and can be made with or without a full surround. Wood removable grilles are unfinished pine and can be painted or stained. The permanently applied grille is 1” or 1 3/8” wide and has a 13/16” airspace grille to give the authentic look of the true divided lines. The exterior bar is extruded aluminum and painted to match the exterior cladding or primed for wood units. The interior bar is unfinished pine wood. Both bars are permanently adhered to the glass with a commercial grade tape.
