Caradco Replica Sash Per the PDF I sent you as follows: Looks and fits just like the original casement sash except as indicated with the 5/8” OD insulated glass is “direct set” into the sash itself (No Rubber Boot as discussed) with the following specifications. 

• Aluminum Clad Exterior with White, Bronze or Sandstone aluminum cladding. Please Specify Color In the ORDER COMMENTS Section at Checkout.
• Exterior Profile actual OD Measurement is:  31 1/4” W  x 63 1/8” - per customer measurements.
• Inside Visible Glass measurement will be a little different as discussed.
• No muntin bars or grills allowed.
• TWO (2) Sashes Allowed, One Right and One left.
• Weatherstrip Allowed, Leaf Type.
• Old hardware to be removed and reset to new sashes by owner.
• LowE Glass Allowed.
• Crating and Additional LTL Freight Charges Allowed – Delivery to nearest Freight terminal for a “will call” pick up.  – These are freight charges allowed for required freight classifications.
• Normal Checkout Shipping Charges (on site) is in addition to the above charges. 
• Special order items such as these are not cancellable or refundable.
• Lead Times – 25 to 35 Working Days.
