Can you supply the Marvin Patio Door Rollers and Replacement Parts?

We constructed a large home in 1999-2000 and included all custom Marvin Windows, and Inswing French Patio Doors with all wood interiors and clad exteriors. I am having issues with patio doors not sliding or rolling very easy? What can we do?
