No widow grills or internal glass muntins (SDL'S) allowed. Special Order Products of this nature are custom made and are non-cancellable and non-refundable. SHIPPING and LTL Freight Crating Requirements and all additional LTL freight / crating classification and freight charges are estimated only as specified.

Standard Terms & Conditions - By submitting this order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
LEAD TIME
Manufacturing will commence upon receipt of signed order acknowledgment and payment terms have been met. Lead time will be determined based on factory workload once all approved information and/or payment (Payment In Advance) have been received. Lead times may also vary based on supplier availability and are subject to change without notice. Manufacturer will make every effort to procure, manufacture and make available all products within a reasonable time frame.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If any changes or cancellations arise after a signed acknowledgement has been received, customer will notify us in writing to ThePolak@WeFixItUSA.com and WeFixItUSA will notify customer of all expenses incurred from point of notification and customer will be responsible for all costs incurred including, but not limited to, order specific items, cut or processed material(s) which cannot be reused, inbound freight charges and all labor costs up to the point of notice and restocking fees.
FREIGHT EXPENSES
Due to the fluctuations in shipping and fuel rates in today’s market conditions the freight rate provided at the time of quote/order acknowledgement are estimated and subject to change without notice. Customer is responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred at the time of shipment.
INSPECTION AND CLAIMS
Customer shall immediately open and inspect all goods upon receipt and, if found improper, short or damaged, shall immediately notify verbally as-well-as provide written notice to the supplier at: ThePolak@WeFixItUSA.com within three (3) business days from receipt. Customer will make every effort to notate all shipping documents of such damages or missing goods as well as take photo evidence of such damages. Manufacturer shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to repair or replace the goods or credit Customer for any such goods for which manufacturer is responsible. Failure by customer to provide notice shall constitute a waiver by customer of any claim.
Customer acceptance of non-confirming goods will hold manufacture free from liability of any additional costs incurred in connection with installation of such non-confirming goods, including but not limited to any costs for retrofitting openings, additional installation costs or otherwise, regardless of whether manufacturer has been advised of the possibility of such costs.
PLANS AND ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Customer is responsible for knowing building codes, product specifications and installation requirements. Manufacturer will not be held liable for products that do not meet codes or product failures due to improper installation.
STORED MATERIALS
Arrangements for stored goods must be made in advance of placing the order, storage fees may apply. Regardless of storage arrangements, Customer will be invoiced upon completion of goods and responsible to make payment on completed goods within credit terms granted.
Orders placed without prior storage arrangements will be invoiced upon 15 days from completion. If goods are stored past 30 days of completion, Customer’s account will be invoiced for a storage fee of $150 and will incur an additional $100 monthly storage fee each 30 days thereafter until arrangements for shipping or pickup are made. Customer will be required to pay for goods, all storage costs and any past due charges incurred prior to goods being released.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS
Invoices that extend past credit terms will automatically be placed on hold and administer a late fee of 2% per month. If payment for past due account is not received within 15 days after the past due date, account will be placed on manufacturing hold. All orders received, whether new or in process will be stopped in fabrication until such time that account becomes current. Lead time for held orders will start over as of the date the account becomes current. Customer is responsible for any expenses incurred on held order(s) even if customer cancels order(s).
Notice To Owner: Failure of this contractor to pay those persons supplying material or services to complete this contract can result in the filing of a mechanic's lien on the property which is the subject of this contract pursuant to Chapter 429, Rsmo. To avoid this result you may ask this contractor for “Lien Waivers” from all persons supplying material or services for the work described in this contract. Failure to secure lien waivers may result in your paying for labor and material twice.
LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty is effective for all products manufactured on or after April 30, 2025 for use in the United States.
Insulated Glass Limited Warranty
Insulated glass units are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of (10) ten years from the date of original purchase. Insulated glass units not manufactured by the glass manufacturer / supplier are supplied with the same warranties, limitations, and exclusions we receive from its supplier(s).
Wood Component Limited Warranty
Wood components of windows manufactured are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase.
Wood Finishes Limited Warranty
Factory-applied interior and exterior paints are warranted for a period of two (2) years against defects in material or workmanship, including blistering, peeling, flaking, and excessive chalking.
Aluminum/Clad Limited Warranty
Coated aluminum components of windows manufactured are warranted against:
- Chip, crack, check, or peel for a period of (10) ten years from date of purchase.
- Chalk more than a numerical rating of (8) for a period of (10) ten years from date of purchase when measured in accordance with the standard procedures outlined in ASTM D-4214.
- Fade or change color more than (5) E units for a period of (10) ten years from date of purchase when calculated in accordance with ASTM D-2244. The color change is to be measured on exposed painted surface cleaned of surface soils and oxidation.
Other Window Components Limited Warranty
We warrant all other window components not listed in the above sections against defects in materials or workmanship that affect product performance for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase.
Window Opening Control Devices (WOCDs)
Window opening control devices (WOCDs) are not a substitute for child supervision. WOCDs should be checked regularly for proper operation. We provide no warranty and hereby disclaims any and all liabilities with respect thereto.
Replacement Parts
Replacement parts or materials supplied under this warranty will not extend the length of the original warranty period.
Warranty Limitations
The customer is responsible for the arrangement and cost of installation, repair, and/or replacement. Labor is not covered by this warranty and will be at the expense of the customer. We shall not be responsible for, and shall not bear any cost or expense with respect to, any repainting, refinishing or similar activities. Whether or not any of the above warranties apply, in whole or in part, to a product or are excluded shall be determined by us at our sole discretion.
Exclusions
- Factory applied primer. Due to the wide variety of application methods and environments, the painter is responsible to test the complete prime/topcoat system for adhesion and compatibility prior to full scale application. We will not be responsible for topcoat compatibility with the factory-applied primer. Primer used on factory primed window and door units is not intended for long term exterior performance. Top coating should be done within 30 days.
- Normal wear and tear, including normal wear and tear of weatherstrip; natural weathering of surfaces.
- Exposure to chemicals or damage caused by adjacent masonry work (tuckpointing, brick laying, stucco application, etc.).
- Failure to properly finish and provide proper maintenance.
- Failure to properly install per the installation instructions on the window label.
- Screen damage due to normal wear and tear.
- Products installed in locations that do not allow for proper moisture management.
- Failure of finishes or window components due to damage from severe weather (hail, tornado, flood, etc.).
