1. Quantity of One (1) Each - Casement Window Sash, Unfinished Wood Interior, White Aluminum Clad Exterior, Butt Joint Style, with Clear IG Glass. OEM Style Unit. Inside Visible Glass Size is 23 1/8 X 47 18" 

• No Grills or Muntin Bars

• Owner to transfer all hardware from old unit.

• Owner responsible for any painting or staining on the wood interior side.

1.    Quantity of Four (4) Sashes, as discussed made without the old syle rubber boot. The FOUR (4) Sashes made on the Biltbest Sash Format w/ 5/8” OD Glass that is direct set glazed. BUTT JOINT WHITE CLAD EXTERIOR / Unfinished Interior (or primer coated); Painting is by owner. All units to have standard Insulated Clear Glass Units. OUTSIDE DIMENSIONS – 28 ½” Width X Height – 58 ½” (Old Caradco Sized).
