This is a new and improved sash seal - with the Flex-Leg design for wood and clad casement and awning windows using the old style kerf insert leaf seal. More efficient, double-function, new design for improved sealing between the wood sash and window frame. None better or more efficient! This item can replace many casement and awning style unit seals built from 1980's thru 2010.
